Welcome to “LUXURY OAK VILLAS”

Situated on a gentle slope, Luxury Oak Villas offer a stunning view of the mountains, providing an ideal setting for organizing barbecues and relaxation on the terrace.

We offer you three independent houses, perfect for 6-7 people,

  • And in the cottages, towels, soap, and white bedding await you, providing a cozy sleep after a day spent on mountain and forest trails. Each cottage has two bedrooms (the first with a double and a single bed, and the second with two singles), a living room with a sofa bed (for two people),
  • A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area,
  • Three bathrooms
  • SPA area – sauna
  • EV charging station
  • Pool (seasonal availability) with sun loungers in the most scenic spot
  • The entire area is complemented by a large green space, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue,
  • where you can enjoy the views while preparing delicious meals
  • A playground for children (trampoline, swings, sandbox)
  • Inside the cottages, you’ll find for entertainment: a book collection, television, board games, LEGO bricks, sleds,

On the day of arrival, we can organize:

  • A board of regional cheeses
  • A board of homemade cold cuts (kabanosy, homemade ham, pate, sausages, smoked bacon)
  • Homemade dumplings (with meat, Russian, or fruit filling)
  • Yeast cake with fruits and crumble topping
  • Apple pie.

The kitchenette in each house is well-equipped and prepared for daily cooking. It includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee maker.

In the vicinity, you’ll find plenty of places with delicious food. I will send you a list of recommended places in the form of a guide via email.

We had a small wedding reception for close family and a few friends at this place. Everyone was delighted.
The location is very charming with a great view. The cottages are modern and furnished to a high standard. Mrs. Kasia is very helpful and friendly.
It is a great place for trips with a smaller or larger group. Each cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, plus additional beds for small children.
I hope we will come back here someday.
